What is Amazon Storefront?
An Amazon Storefront (or Amazon Brand Store) is a free, customizable, multi-page mini-website within Amazon’s platform that allows brand-registered sellers to showcase their entire product catalog with custom branding, layouts, videos, and lifestyle imagery. It provides a dedicated, ad-free shopping experience for customers exploring a specific brand.
Why It Matters
An Amazon Storefront is the most powerful brand-building tool available within Amazon’s ecosystem. It creates a destination for brand-loyal customers, provides a landing page for Sponsored Brand ad campaigns, removes competitor ads from the shopping experience (unlike standard product pages), and gives sellers access to rich analytics on store visitor behavior and sales attribution.
How It Works
Storefronts are built in Amazon’s Store Builder using a drag-and-drop editor with pre-built tile templates for images, videos, product grids, and text. Available to Brand Registry members at no cost. Pages can be organized by product category, use case, audience segment (men’s, women’s, kids’), or content type (new arrivals, best sellers). Amazon provides Store Insights showing visits, page views, and sales attributed to Storefront traffic.
Real-World Example
A nutrition brand builds a 5-page Amazon Storefront: Homepage (hero video + top sellers grid), Protein Powders, Pre-Workout, Vitamins & Supplements, and a ‘Start Your Journey’ educational page linking to relevant products. Sponsored Brand ads point to the Storefront rather than individual product pages, resulting in a 28% higher ROAS compared to single-product ad landing pages.
