1. Requesting Cancellation

Once we receive your request, our team will process it within 2–3 business days.
2. Account Security After Cancellation
We strongly recommend updating your account password after cancellation for security purposes. This ensures that no unauthorized access takes place once your subscription ends.
3. Digital Media Run’s Responsibility
From the effective date of cancellation, Digital Media Run will not be responsible for any changes, updates, or issues related to your account or services. A written confirmation will be sent to you via email, confirming this.
4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable for one (1) month only.

To qualify, you must submit your cancellation request within the first 15 days of the month.

If the request is made after 15 days of the month, no refund will be issued.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Important Notes

Subscriptions canceled after the 15th of the month will remain active until the end of that billing cycle without any refund.
